Technical and Advisory Services
We provide technical and advisory services to the USAID Global Health Bureau (GH), the Bureau for Resiliency and Food Security (RFS), the Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA), the Global Development Lab, Regional Bureaus and USAID Missions. These technical and advisory services span the global health field. Our Technical Professionals perform an incredible variety of tasks for USAID, including:
- Developing a new virtual training course, “Providing First-line Support for Survivors of Gender-Based Violence in HIV Settings.” Originally planned as an in-person training, this training quickly pivoted to virtual due to COVID-19.
- Providing rapid response technical input and health advising to the Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) Disaster Assistance Response Teams (DART) in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Mozambique.
- Developing the first ever Adolescent Data Review and Recommendation (DRR) collection, which visualizes and explaines quarterly data across USAID’s larger programs. USAID recognizes this as the most detailed compilation of Operation Unit-specific, single-disease, pediatric-focused USAID data ever summarized.
